Lavivid Hair Replacement

My last few systems from Hair Direct have been awful.(dry, wiggy, tangles easily.) Im not sure if its the Pandemic or changing factories but somethings not right. Ive been online researching and came across some youtube videos for a company called Lavivid in California. I am very impressed. Natural in appearance and several types of bases and hair offered. Has anyone on here had any experience with this company?

I recently ordered from them, just waiting on unit to arrive, then go to salon next week for 1st install.
