I'm a diffuse thinner, can I get a transplant? shockloss? (PICS)
I'm 24, been losing hair since I was 19 and been on medication for over 5 years. My hair loss has been mostly stable with some seasonal shedding and then I noticed my hairline going back a bit the past 2 years and have since added avodart every 3 days in addition to finasteride and so far so good.

Am I a candidate for a transplant seeing as I am a diffuse thinner however my hairloss is stabilized due to medication. I was thinking of 3000 grafts to the frontal area only but I'm afraid of shockloss. Thoughts?

I also attached two pictures which show how I style my hair when I go out with a bit of concealer on the frontal third only

Who told you this is diffuse thinning? From the photos this looks like typical male baldness. If it was diffuse thinning you would see thinning area on side and donor as well. Looking at your photos you look like a good candidate for a hair transplant. 3000 is a good number. Maybe I am wrong but good luck.
