Here is a patient of mine who happens to be a well known local Facial Plastic Surgeon.
I performed 2 FUT procedures on him. The first was a number of years ago and established the hairline. Subsequently the patient lost most of his native hair in the frontal scalp and the second procedure was to create density for the continuing loss of native hair in the frontal and mid scalp. The photos shown here are taken before the second procedure.

In the second procedure the patient received 1812 grafts via FUT.

This case serves to illustrate that when transplanting in a younger patient the location of the hairline must be in line with the projected eventual hair loss pattern as well as donor density and hair type.

This patient was so thrilled with his results he agreed to share his experience on video in the hopes of helping others that may grapple with hair loss.
