Feedback on my treatment (Optimal Finasteride Dosage)

Im 19yo with MPB. Doc prescribed 5mg Finasteride and told me to to cut the pills in half (2,5mg) and take one on Monday and another one on Thursday.
I just think this is a weird dosage, but some of you may know more than I do...

If I'm to cut them in quarters (1,25mg) then which days should I take them on? (If this is even the best way to go at it)


Btw, i should say that i only started last thursday and woke up the following day with no morning wood. :mad:
