8 year to timelapse: MPB or natural whirl?

I posted here in april 2017, and wanted to share some old and recent photos to see if anyone had any advice or input.

Since then... I looked up every hairloss treatment and since october 2017 I have been doing DT massage, acv rinse and since April 2018 have been taking vitmain d, a, taurine, mangesium and k2. Essentially I wanted to prevent any thinning and was not honestly sure if I was in fact losing hair, was just maturing etc. Call me crazy, but never seeing the top of my head and then seeing it made me go nuts.

That said, I found this pic from 2010. where it looks like my hair has rhe same general pattern as it is today. Am I worrying over nothing? I would think in 8 years that area would look much worse no? Maybe I am just cursed w baby fine hair and a massive cowlick?
