Hair loss rogaine at 17

Hi, Im 17 years old and have been experiencing balding for about 7 years. My hairline has receded quite a bit and my sides have also receded noticeably. The hair gets covered up fine but its getting thinner and uneven and it shows. I would like to start rogaine but parents want me to get a prescription first. I live in Houston Texas so can anyone please recommend a good dermatologist here who will be able to prescribe rogaine for me. All help is appreciated
