Scalp Itch, Finasteride

Does scalp itch mean miniaturization ? I've been on finasteride for a while and my scalp itch went away alot but is still there every so often more when i sweat or its hot outside

please let me know if you have had success and/or stabilization and also still have the scalp itch

would like some feedback
