Is it early sign of balding?

I'm 23 currently, I think some thinning around crown is happening and I'm also losing a bit frontal hairline from the corner.

My father isn't bald but my grandfather and two of my uncles from my father's side are bald after 50 Took 3 photos tonight, first 2 are crown and the last one is hairline

It could be but imo, its just a normal cowlick. Look at some picture when you were young and compare.

Fair skin and dark hair means that there is a higher colour contrast between hair and scalp, and any thinning will be more visible. But it isn't clear if you're thinning as it's notoriously difficult to see the early stages of loss in photos - especially without the benefit of photos taken before you noticed thinning. I would just keep an eye on your hair and see if any changes occur. Take plenty of photos for comparison, but don't obsess over it.
