    Over harvesting or Shock Loss
Had my HT on Jan 22 on this year by FUE method with 3000+ grafts taken from the back of head and sides. The back has filled up nicely but the sides appear patchy. It's 3 weeks post OP should I be concerned.I am very much conscious about it and thinking to use hair fibre to cover it up for time being.

At 3 weeks post surgery, it looks like you are suffering from some shock loss which is usually caused by the trauma of surgery in and around the area. It can take up to 6 months + in some cases for the hairs to grow back so please be patient. In the meantime you are Ok to use fibres in the area if it helps you feel less self conscious.
