Receding at 20!

I am 20 and i am receding pretty bad.What can i do to stop it and regrow my hair back?I am not going to get a hair transplant as i think its too extreme and would rather leave drugs as the last option if nothing else works.I would take drugs that have no major side effects as propecia as it can cause impotence ect.I would rather get shampoos,lotions,gels ect.Whats do you recommend??

Rogaine?..

I probably started losing it at 16/17 myself so I know how you feel. It sucks. My hairloss was slow until about 23 then it picked up steam. Rogaine to slow it down I suppose. Not much else we can do unfortunately.
