    Age 20, seeing it.
My name's Ken and I started losing hair when I was 16 and now that I'm 20 I'm at the point where I have to man up and admit that I'm losing hair like crazy. After every shower I lose probably a total of 15-20 hairs? And I lose 2-3 hairs every time I run my hand through my hair during the day.

There's a few pictures included, though I don't think they're as clear as can be. It's 3 am and I got class at 8 but man, when I went to the bathroom and took a good long look in the mirror it brought me straight down...

I threw in 2 photos of how I look trying to hide it and with it being in the open.

Right now, it's hardly noticeable due to my shaggy hairstyle (which is the point), but I definitely won't be able to stand it in a year or so.

    Advice? What do I do?!!?!

From what I can tell, you hair loss seems very minimal at this point. I'm sure it's scary to see a noticeable amount of hair loss in the shower or when you run your hands through your hair, but remember, it's normal to lose between 50 to 100 (and some experts say up to 200) hairs per day.

You should consult with a family physician or dermatologist to see if they feel you are experiencing MPB. If so, it would be a good idea to start on medical therapies, such as Propecia. Most men do not see regrowth with Propecia but it works well to stabilize hair loss, particularly since you are young and intervening with your hair loss early on in its progression.
