Buddy, it's Fin & minox "Free" meaning it doesn't contain either ingredient.

Snake oil without a doubt

Im sorry put that shit in here ! English is not my first language, so then i saw it write fin and minox on it i got a little excited. Is there any of you who know how i can get some topical fin ? im from europe but my doctor wont give me a Prescription so i can get it on this site http://www.farmaciaparati.it/en/

I'm not too sure sorry. The only topical finasteride I've heard of is "finastopic" https://www.isdin.com/en/hair-loss/finastopic-pharma/

But I honestly don't know how you could get any or if it's even that effective as I don't live in Europe.
