Need a suggestion on my thinning hair, after trying PRP

Hi guys,

I am 31 years old, recently I have noticed a lot hair on my scalp is thinning. I am bit afraid of it, since this is the first time I realized it and it has been already too late.
I went to two consultants, both referred me to PRP. I have taken one session of PRP in last month. PRP made most of my miniaturized hair to shed and my scalp can be clearly seen through existing miniaturized hair than before I take PRP. I need a suggestion whether I should go to a HT. If yes, noting my age and future profession, should I go for FUE or FUT?.

I am new to this forum, i really need your advice.
