Cure Dandruff & Oily Hair

I've mentioned this a couple of times and those who've tried it had the same results I did.
Washing your hair with cold water eliminates dandruff and lowers sebum(oil) production. Hot water increases dandruff and sebum production.
Reason being; Hot water drys the scalp by washing away all scalp oil causing dandruff. The scalp then kicks up oil production to counter the dry scalp leaving it oily.

I consider myself to be intuitive and I just had a feeling one day that taking hot showers is bad for your hair. So I started to take cold showers, thanks for the info!

why take cold showers when you can just stick your head under there and shampoo with cold water??
