Coming back with a success story
Hi all! So I know the online world can be pretty negative because posts tend to be people who have problems still and treatment didn't work. You know, if treatment works you're out just living your life and not obsessing over it. Well, I've been on propecia for 3-4 years and my hair is basically the same or better than it was when I started. I started losing my hair significantly at around 20 and I'm 25 now and it's still barely noticeable although I do still go through periods when I think it's getting worse and some where I think it's getting better. Before I started I was losing the front of my hair quickly and I had began to notice the top was thinning as well. Now the front isn't perfect, still noticable and slowly progressing in the front from where my hair parts but the top is perfect and when I pull hairs from the crown they are always thicker towards the base. Unfortunately my hair in the front is still turning thinner towards the base and doesn't grow as long before falling out but I think I can live with it for now. Haven't had any side effects from propecia either and my sex life is great, got an awesome girlfriend who I honestly think would still love me if my hair fell out tomorrow (knock on wood lol). Anyway I just came back to see what potential treatments were coming that might completely save my hair and decided I'd add one success story to make it not seem as hopeless.
