Need help sourcing red ginseng oil!

Study is below but basically red ginseng oil is a co2 extract or red ginseng and I can’t find anywhere that sells it other than on amazon by doginbi a skin serum but there are a bunch of other ingredients
I’m looking for just the co2 extract to use as a topical
I especially like how this tackles the androgen side of the equation
