Does anyone else have these symtoms with diffuse hair loss ?

Symtoms for past 11 months...........

Diffuse hair loss and itchy scalp with no regrowth
Acne Mainly on back
Burning sensation in neck,throat, ears .
Swollen glands in neck
Fatigue and sore muscles
Sticky throat
Nausea
Headaches(back of head)
Sneezing
Ammonia smelling stool

Has anyone else had these symtoms with hair loss ? This is driving me crazy and making me very depressed !!
