What happens when we take nutrients, minerals, etc in our daily life

When we consume these foods, they can't go to head/hair, why??
Bcoz, as soon as we take this food, it will be used by the body for a number of repairs which is a continuous process for any human being.
Moreover, phelm is concentrated in various places above the neck upto head which also blocks the supplement
For this , you can do NASYA KARMA
(Putting 4-5 drops of sesame oil into your nose bending your head backwards and take a deep breath for 5 minutes. This will clean all the obstructions.)

However, it is optional.

All I want to say is whatever you consume by eating for hair growth, it is rarely used for hair regrowth.

It is why derma-rollar came into play.
But I strongly recommend to consume 3-4 Amla daily without fail.

You will have to prepare a mixture which will be your ELIXIR for hair regrowth for the rest process.

Take organic Gooseberry oil and organic almond oil in the ratio 75:25

Apply it and use derma-rollar and you have to let the scalp absorb the mixture by massaging the head for 10-15 minutes.

You will also have to massage your head for 3-4 times in a day, which is strongly recommended.

Continue this for 3 months.
See if any significant difference is there.

If you found any new hairs,
You have to change the proportion from 75:25 to 50:50

Otherwise, continue the old proportion 75:25 for another 2 months

And then change proportion to 50:50

By this time, you will have your scalp covered with full of new hairs.

Pls note that New hair appears in pale gold colour through which light can pass. So, it can't be captured through camera. only a third person can view it.

Once , a new hair is appeared on your scalp, stop applying the oil daily and try only on alternative days.

All your new hair will turn black within 3 months and you will have head covered by strong hair.
