    Doing some research
I've recently come across some people who have had hair transplant work done in the Carribean. They say, and my initial research confirms, that you can get a much better deal there. Is there anyone out there that has any experience with out of country surgery?

    "much better deal"
Wow, I assume you mean the procedures there are less expensive...
I have no problem with using an out of country surgeon, if for the right reasons. However, I am hoping that cost would not be the reason.
IMO, when choosing a surgeon for a cosmetic procedure the research period is the most important part of the entire process. Please keep in mind you can get great results at reasonable pricing, but do not sacrifice your looks or compromise your health to save money. There are plenty of patient's that can tell you that what I am saying to you could mean the difference of a wonderful outcome at a possible higher cost versus a few extra dollars in your pocket with less than optimal results.
I am not saying that the Carribean doctors do not have great references or that their results are not desirable, because I have NO idea.
My only point here is the title of my message...research is key.
