What is the best hair thickener in your opinion?
Ive heard it mentioned on Spencers show recently. So which product do you feel is the best in hair thickening?

    Hi there Winston
I do remember Spencer mentioning a Neutrogena product, thanks.
I may check it out. Can we get a consumers review on that or any other similar product here at the forum?

Interesting. It doesn't even have Vitamin E at all as a listed ingredient.

I haven't tried the shampoo Spencer mentioned but I probably will some day. Currently I am using Aveeno Nourish+ Volumize shampoo and conditioner and I totally love them. I have also used Progaine and I liked that one O.K. too. There are a bunch of others that I have tried and didn't care for. You just have to try a bunch till you find one that suits you.

    Hi again Tracy
Yes, i will defintely check all products discussed here. Once i do ill report back on my experiences. By the way , Spencer has always spoke favorably regarding the use of Toppix -i tried it and it is a very good product. I use it for when we go out to formal affairs with no problem.
Hopefully one of the hair shampoos/conditioners mentioned here will also be a help.

I've also used Toppik, not every day, but I did use it. Another brand of hair fibers I use is from Hairmax. The Hairmax hair fibers seem just as good as Toppik to me yet it costs a lot less. I don't use concealers very often anymore but when I do they do a good job.

I tried Dermatch but they cannot match my hair color and no efforts to mix colors could match my hair color. My hair is red and the "red" that is available from Dermatch is actually more like clown hair orange than red.

I've recently had a lot of success in hair thickening with Seabuckthorn seed oil. I've been using it for 2-3 months and already have people quiz me on what I'm doing. Sorry but I don't have pics to share (didn't think to snap some beforehand). I buy it on Amazon (about $20 for 30 ml which I'm still using). I put a dropper on my scalp at night and leave it in for a 1/2 hour or an hour, wash it out with baby shampoo, and then put in the minox b/f bed. I can't see any new hairs, but it has def thickened my hair.

    Just wanted to share.
