1155 graft plug repair case by Dr. Lindsey McLean VA

This fellow is a 60ish year old physician who travelled to see me a few weeks ago. He’d had numerous hair cases done in the past and wanted his left hairline thickened and the remaining grafts placed into his crown, primarily on the left side to camouflage his scalp.

As it turned out, he refers a lot of his patients to a person I did my residency with, so we had plenty to talk about during the case.
Excision of a fairly scarred strip is shown, and a 2 layer closure followed. 1155 grafts were placed and he had my friend take his sutures out at day 7. I believe he’s going to visit in May so that we can get another set of pics.
