However, I can't seem to find any reviews, and the email correspondence I received was littered with typos, and sent from a mobile.

I wondered whether anyone here has had experience with them before?

You need to target a Dr. not a clinic. I couldn't find out who the doctors are on their website so i would stay far away from this place.
