Hair Systems

Any thoughts on good hair systems in Los Angeles area?

hi- i was wondering if you had got a system fitted?
i am holidaying in sri lanka and stumbled across a centre called Trendz Advanced Hair Care Solutions.

they have systems there but am puzzled whether to go for an in-stock system or custom made?

currently i am using a hair building fiber but looking for a more long-term solution that isnt surgical.
