I have paid for 3000 grafts but only achieved 2000, I was not told this until I was almost walking out of the hospital. a hairline was drawn on my head and the surgeon strated to plant hair, it was then i asked if I should be consulted on the proposed hair line, he scrambled around and found a mirror, as it happened it was OK, after leaving the hospital without a word about a follow up proceedure to complete the job I E Mailed the doctor and after 2 weeks no reply, I E mailed again 1 week passed no reply, subsequently I visited the London office to have my stitches removed and asked to see a consultant, I explained about my treatment and he said he would ensure that I got a reply, guess what no reply. I then phoned the hospital and asked who I should complain to. within 10 Minutes I had a phone call from the surgeon with no apollagies and with a half hearted solution.
All this may sound trivial but I paid a lot of money and I have to say that the surgeon and his team performed well on the day and I am happy with the results, however the infrastructure of business is extremely poor, the sales staff are dresssed imaculately but I am afraid the whole operation is syle over content, I have had to chase every step of the way after my money had been paid to get dated, reciepts, advice, I allways had to make 3 pphone calls to get one answer.
