    Hair transplant in Ireland ?
Hey guys I am new to the forum .I am considering a hair transplant in the future .I have done alot of research and it seems that the best transplant surgeons are in the Us or Canada hassong wong cole etc. But I am from Ireland and it is not viable for me to travel to america . I am wondering what are your guys opinions of the surgeons in Ireland. The main one is Dr Collins who has appeared on Irish TV here is his website http://www.hairtransplantsurgery.ie/ . The other is Patrick Treacy who also has appeared on Irish TV http://www.ailesburyhairclinic.com/.. DR Collins charges 10 euro per graft which seems expensive.I would really appreciate your opinions thanks guys

It will be cheaper and better in the long run to travel. Dr Collins does good work from what I've seen.Dr Tracey is really just DHI. Look up Basinga in Brussels BHR Clinic. Easy to travel from ireland

Man !! 10 Euros a graft !! That's like $ 14 CAD. It would be much cheaper then to come to canada and do it at H&W. These guys' prices are considered low compared to what many others are charging.

yes 10 euro is really expensive in comparison to what i have seen quoted by other doctors..I am aware of Bisanga and yes I have considered going to Belgium as their does seem to be 2 or 3 highly regarded surgeons..how much does Bisanga charge per graft

There only a few highly regarded hair transplant surgeons in Europe. You should go to www.iahrs.org to check to see who is an IAHRS doctor. Traveling to the U.S. or Canada should also be considered.

As far as I know, it isn't hard for HT doctors to get on the ISHRS list. I remember reading something a long time ago -more than 10 years- about that but I'm not sure now. But yeah, it's still good to go to the ISHRS site and take a look instead of just going to some never heard of HT doctor.

5 Euros is still higher than what some other good doctors in N. America charge but with the travel expense it'll probably come to the same amount or close. So it's up to you .

Actually just go abroad. Spencer doesn't rate Dr. Collins and HRBR. That's who he was referring to on the November 13th broadcast.

You would be crazy to get a HT in Ireland. Chances are very good you will be a repair patient and then the real fun begins. If you spend more up front and do it right you save alot of money and grief over a common mistake of doing an affordable session, which leads to three times the cost in repairs, to say nothing of the agony of being disfigured.

But if you want to play Russian Roulette with your head, get a HT from an unknown doctor in Ireland
