25 year old battling hair loss but still with hair!

Hey everyone how’s it going, I’ve been battling hair loss since 20ish. I started using Rogaine at 21, and tried many other natural things to combat hair loss. I’ve always had dandruff issues, it’s gotten better over the years but recently I cut down to once a day Rogaine (thoughts?). I went to one of the top hair transplant specialist, and he suggested I wasn’t ready for a hair transplant just yet. Instead to try out finistrided .5mg daily and if I wanted get a refurbished Igrow.

Current regimen:
Bioten 5,000 mg 2x daily
Saw palmetto 2x daily
Rogaine liquid 1 daily/recently lowered
Finistride .5mg daily /started this week
Wash my hair natural shampoo EOD
2x weekly Onion juice and coconut oil
1x weekly apple cider vinegar
(Might buy an Igrow)
(Derma roller work and what size?)

Thoughts/Advice?

Are you open to trying a CBD shampoo? We are currently developing one, so far the data looks promising....either way good luck.

What did your doctor say about the iGrow and LLLT in general, is he a believer?

I recently bought an iGrow, been using it for 2 weeks, it's quite painful on the head actually. But no real problems with it overall.

My regime is:
Minoxidil twice daily
vitamins, biotin, SP etc.
Nizoral Shampoo
Considering buying and trying out RU58841. Or 'making' topical finasteride.

Add minoxidil and dut .5 mg if you want to hold your hair little longer.

Yeah the doctor told me the igrow helps strength the hair and maybe even regrow. (There was no reasoning to lie since his office doesn’t sell it) keep me updated on the results. What does nizoral do? And yeah I quit finistride after 3 days, I got paranoid and didn’t want to take the chance.

I do, I use minoxidil once a day now. Since I’ve been on it for a couple years now. And what’s dut?

What have your results been like using Minoxidil? Does the effectiveness wear off after a few years?

I started using 5% minoxidil but got chest pain after a few weeks. This was a bummer as it's a rare side-effect. Might consider switching to the 2% and being a woman for a while. hahaha!

Never had any side effects, I cut down to once a day since I’ve been using it for awhile, I read that it still works like that

I just started RU, idk how I feel about it yet. I see little baby hairs but have more hairloss. Have you started anything new?
