I don't think so. But I read summer of 2014 for asia. But I may be wrong.

I believe the key is the growth factors, so they maybe on the right track. With your growth factors decreasing from mid to late 20's and skin and hair also decreasing from this age growth factors must play an important role - its just common sense.

Just spoke to someone at Histogen still in the process of doing phase trials. When I asked if it would be available this year she said no and not 2018 either...maybe 2019. I have now lost all hope for Histogen and don't think it will ever be released.
