Dutasteride

I'm 47 and started losing my hair at around age 18. I've had 5 hair transplants and have been on Propecia for years. Over the past couple of years I began noticing that even some of my transplanted hair is falling out. Out of desperation I decided to give Dutasteride a try. I started treatment about 7 months ago taking .5mg 3x per week. After about 5 months on Dutasteride nothing has changed. I'm still losing hair and spoke with my doc about increasing my dosage. I'm now taking .5mg daily and still no results. I'm not expecting a miracle but I really hoped changing to Dutasteride would at least halt my hair loss. Has anyone had any success on Dutasteride and if so what was the dosage?
