Concealers and Exercise - can open pores cause problems?

Most concealers (Caboki, Toppik, etc) advise not to use immediately after applying Rogaine (Minoxidil).

Is this because the pores can open and the concealer can go inside?

Should concealers be avoided during a workout for the same reason?

I use toppik and go to the gym, I use hair spray to lock it in but not the spray of their website as it's expensive for what it is I just use normal hairspray iv had no issues with open pores
