Nice AA is kinda cured, the mechanism is pretty much understood and quite simple actually from what I have read. Great news for people suffering from it. Probably more selective drugs underway, I just came across one which showed a PDE4 inhibitor supresses AA too in vivo.

Ruxolitinib costs $9,000/month. I have no way of acquiring, much less being able to afford it.
