scalp looks worse after seven weeks: is it normal?
    Dear All,
I have followed this forum for a while, and now it is my turn to seek some opinion and advice on my recent HT done in Hungary. I had a total 2880 grafts circa, on the crown.
The first picture was one week after the operation, and the most recent was taken now, seven weeks later.
It seems to me that the scalp looked better after one week than now.

You can see the current redness and I think I note some pitting and cobble-stoning, visible on the left side, and all over with stronger light. The scalp still hurts in a few spots and seems to be slightly swollen, although I cannot be sure about the latter.
Is it normal to see lines and irregularities at this stage? Are the pits and lines I currently see going to go away, or is this what the skin will actually look like?
Should I be worried about the redness? Are there any risks of infection at this point?
In general, what is your opinion on the transplant? I was a little disappointed to see that the design isn't very natural (with hairs in a straight line), but I saw other operations with similar lines and so I wonder how I should judge the work.
Also, do you have any suggestions to improve the pain and redness on the scalp?
    Thanks in advance!
