Search for the best doctors in turkey. The price will likely be a third of what it would be anywhere else and the results will be more than satisfactory if you find the best one. There's no doubt certain doctors in turkey will be very experienced due to hundreds of people travelling from all over the world daily to have procedures done there.

Isn't turkey known for fue though? I heard fut is the way to go if I want to maximize grafts and since I am young I think it'll be a better route.

The only clinic I know of in Turkey that does FUT is Dr. Karadeniz and AEK Hair Institute. He's good with strip work.

Thanks for the recommendation Joe. Do you think stripping out and then fue afterwords is the best way to approach fue? And do you think it's a better idea to save and go to a doctor such as konior (super expensive, save for a while) or go with Karadeniz?

Dont let price influence decisions. However Dr Karadeniz is very good he does both fut and fue and unlike the other turkey clinics he does the whole surgery himself. His results are decent without being exceptional, if youre hell bent on turkey go for Dr Koray Erdogan his results are exeptional but price is nearly 3 times that of Dr Karadeniz but interestingly he only does the insisions. Also have a look at Dr Cinik he has exeptional results but only does insisions and his price is very low but his results dont lie so its hard to ignore that fact.

Hi there, have you made a decision? I’m in the same dilemma as you I think. I want to maximise grafts and get a dense look which is why Dr Karadeniz suggested FUT when I spoke to him. Then any gaps that form later down the line I can top those up with FUE. However the thought of the scar at the back of the head from FUT is starting to concern me a little bit because if I wanna have short hair at the back and sides then I think I may only be able to go down to like a grade 4 before a scar can be seen. Also I don’t know if I Would have enough donor region to supply me for the future if I had FUE done the first time as opposed to FUT. if I do have enough donor hair to sort out my density in the top and not to worry for the future then I would stick with FUE all the Way through. Decisions decisions !!
