Lots of Questions - Also Highly Considering HT

Ok, here is my story:

Late 30s. Been on fin for 10+ years. Hair seemingly did well all of that time. Recently thinned a LOT in the front hairline, seemingly over a period of 60 days. Not sure why? Started min a week ago. I dont expect that to recover where I was for most of the 10 years. So, I am looking at a ht for hairline restoration (would like to get to norwood 1), and then add in to the front where it seems to have thinned. Have zero, or near zero thinning on crown or middle of head.

First, any estimates on grafts needed? Second, can a ht do what I am looking for as described above? Third, I know to stay away from Bosley, but what about Hans Wiemann? Pics are today, and then one from this past summer. No idea why my hairline cratered so badly after essentially not changing in 10 years. Has anyone had this occur? I had zero breaks in fin treatment and have recently started thyroid meds for an underactive thyroid however I noticed the quick cratering Before starting these meds.
