Helpful, informative site.

I stumbled upon this site like 10+ years ago and it still alive and well. I found it very helpful in figuring out how far I might progress. So far it has been on the money. There were 2 good articles on this. I can only find one at the moment:

The other article described how mpb can start and stop like every 10 years, which is true for me.

Also here is a new article about foam vs liquid minox. He says foam is not as effective and just use 5% liquid at night, which is what I have been doing.

Anyway this is a pretty big site and lots of helpful info but you have to dig.
