UK minoxidil options

Hi all. I’m leaving Belgravia after a couple of years having had enough of their extortionate prices.

I was paying £90 a month for 12.5% minoxidil with AA, and 1mg finastride.

I’ve sourced 6 months of identical finastride for now £60, however now looking for a minoxidil that’s comparable in strength.

I’ve looked at minoxidil max , however slightly concerned at the lack of reviews, and also their website states free packaging however when I contacted them they have confirmed they are charging for postage now (kinda don’t trust a company that can’t be honest on their website!)

All I can find is the usual Regaine (5%) and some other random brands on amazon.

Wondered if anyone else in the UK has successfully found good minoxidil >10%?

i also was on the same 12.5% from belgravia but not anymore. in the uk you dont really have any options based over for over 5%. a member in here jazz has helped me loads,great guy. ive bought a 12.5% lotion from states which jazz has recommended. his from uk also. i get my regaine foam from pharmica its the cheapest on the net. i think they do fin as well but i dont touch that stuff.

Hey where are you based? I also use the America place Murray Avenue Apothecary and alternatively I did use the Belgravia clinic before but they are expensive!

Why is Regaine the only minoxidil product you can buy in pharmacies and stores in the UK? The only option for UK buyers seems to be using ebay or third party websites that ship overseas, every single online UK pharmacy only sells Regaine, is there some sort of ban on other minoxidil products here? It's very odd, feels like a conspiracy!! I find it very strange as I am sure there is a very large demand for the product.
