Is this a cowlick or early hair loss?

hello guys. Just want to preface sorry if i am offending anyone is my hair is good I am genuinely worried. I have great hair on moms side of family, and everybody is bald on my dads. So is this a cowlick or am I balding? i am super paranoid about it.

Since no before pictures can not tell you for sure but doesn't look like anything. Keep picture and compare in a year.
