is it possible to register a domain name on my name for 2 years ,

and then sell it?

i mean if i think of a future product and i can imagine its name and restire it xxxxxx.com then wont this domain have value?

If I understand what you are asking then Yes, but you need to make sure you aren't using any brand names like for example Histogen.org. If you think you are going to make some money from a big company that desperately wants the domain name keep in mind that they can also use extensions .org, .net, com, .info, among many others.
