I am a 24 year old male. Do I have a maturing hairline, or am I balding?

Hey everyone, new user here.

I am a 24 year old male, the age where you're still young but start to realize that you won't be young forever. I've been going through my hair and have had on and off concerns that I might have possible hair loss.

Do these pics (attached) indicate a maturing hairline, or is it a receding hairline? If so, what course of action should I take? I guess it's worth noting that my hair was a bit greasy at the time of these photos. Thanks!

Pics are tiny, really hard to tell what is going on. The best way to know is to compare pics over time.
