    whats wrong with my hair?
    I have no receding hairline nor any hair falling out when i comb or brush my hair

    but ever since using the straightener for years and years excessively i have noticed this just recently...

    I'd wait a few months and see if it gets any worse. Diffuse thinners are much easier to deal with than those with temple or crown loss and respond to treatments much better. As very minimally invasive treatment you could get on Nizoral 2% shampoo and use that twice a week.
