Nope, just retrograde alopecia. This is more common than you think. Side thin, nape of hair thins but not your donor area.

It is hard to say without seeing you in person, but from the one photograph it appears that you have better density in the donor area. More photos would help in your evaluation.

It's not that unusual. Density on the sides is typically lower than the back. You can have 100FU/cm2 in the back yet it can drop to around 60FU/cm2 in the sides close to the side burn and that wouldn't be outside the norm really. For sure it's more obvious when you clip it close.

its tough to tell with the shaved head but I dont think you have dupa. I look thinner than you and I dont think I have it.
