    Did Trump Have Flap Surgery?
If this video is true, what we're seeing might be the result of a flap of hair having been removed from the back, then rotated around and sewn to the top of Trump's head, leaving a vast blad expanse in the back of his head where the flap came from:

    I don't think there's any doubt.

I think Donald Trump way back when opted for a flap procedure.

The I think that was compounded by mid 80's to early 90's hair transplants.

    Yeah.

    But yeah, that a flap.

He had some kind of flap surgery in the 80s or 90s, his wife wrote about it in her autobiography. I don't think he's ever denied it.

Personal feelings about him aside, this has to be a balding man's worst nightmare. I mean even though his hair never looks good, this is particularly unfortunate.

He definitely had some form of flap /scalp reduction. See my take on it here:

That's interesting that you talked about 'repair' for Trump in that article, it might be my imagination but it seems to me that just over the last few years experts have been more likely to recommend repair rather than 'sticking with what you have', which makes me feel more confident that we're moving in the right direction - if experts, even subconsciously, believe that repair work is less risky than it used to be and is worth doing.

Trump does have the appearance of hair, even if his hairstyle looks a bit.........well, unusual.

As strange as his hairstyle is, if Trump did have this type of surgery then he is lucky it doesn't look worse than it does. He does have good coverage. I wonder if his hairstyle is one that he is stuck with.

He may have a strange hairstyle and the texture of his hair is different, but he does have a result better than some hair transplant patients.
