Thoughts on PRP for me and suggestions for Dr. in middle TN

Hey folks, first time poster. I am about a Norwood 3v to Norwood 4 right now, but was just a Norwood 3 for the last many years until all of a sudden earlier this year. Turned 44 last year. No reason for the newly diminished hair other than age that I know of.

I am trying a hair loss shampoo daily, plus Nizoral 1% a couple of times a week, plus Costco minoxidil foam now ( for past 2-3 months), but only 1x a day due to schedule and needing my hair not to look weird, so obviously my expectations have to be tempered. If anything, the loss continues with no improvement. COULD be some shedding, but unsure.

PRP sounds promising, especially in some of the combo studies along with micro needling, but I am not sure where to start here locally. Can anyone chime in with experiences and/or a truly trusted Dr. in the Nashville / middle TN area?
