    Considerning second HT,pls advise
    I am 30 yr old male.
    I have heridetary baldness problem.
    I have done HT 3 yrs ago in front area by strip meathod with aravidn ****** in delhi ,india. Around 1400 grafts

    Now problem with top and crown are loosing hair, i am considering second sitting of hair transplant so that i can cover complete area.

    since its top and crown area,shall i go with low density covering complete area.
    Let me know ur thoughts.

    Are you taking propecia? You should try propecia and Rogaine for at least a year i think before you have another transplant. You may regrow a reasonable amount of hair in your crown/mid scalp with these medications. You also need to stop further loss by using these medications, or else the HT will be pointless.

    Just in case you didnt know, you can disguise your mid scalp/crown loss with a product called toppik for the time being.

    I would ssuggest that you go with higher denstiy in the mid scalp area than in the crown. It seems to be more effective when one zone at a time is corrected. If you try to do both mid scalp and crown in a single procedure it will likely end up with lower density than you desire and you will end up wanting a third surgery anyway.
