Thinning or just slow regrowth?

I had my hair cut right back in April, ended up with a crewcut. I started growing it back and all my hair has grown really well and is thick apart from the right front part of my hair. There is hair there but it’s really thin but I don’t understand why. I do have a natural widows peak so I was wondering if it’s because of this due to my hairline going high around this part. Or is my hair starting to thin?
