Vitamins after a hair transplant

Ive ran out of tge haarex vitamins i was sold by my hair transplant clinic but the shipping cost is expensive. Its now been nearly 6 weeks since i had the op. Can i start using normal shampoo once the haarex shampoo runs out and can i start taking normal vitamins from my local shops or do they have to be specialized vitamins? Just dont want to mess up my hair transplant.
