26 diffused thinning on top

Hello everyone been reading through so many post.. all i can feel is lost and helpless.

A little into my background i started a diet about 5 months ago 3 months after i noticed my hair went from thick to half the denisty i was hoping this was telogen effuvium but im pretty sure it was but i had minturization and also some hairloss... the shedding stopped about a month ago i would say im losing around 20 30 hairs a day maybe. My brother is 30 and has some balding going on in the middle of his head however not sure if thats from all the zero blade shaving his done over the years.

I been depressed and not been going out for over 2 months. My family and bf have told me that my hair has been the same and I've got it in my head. Ive told them only i would know if i lost hair. Also my hair gets greasy within 2 days of not showering and my seb derm was bad but i manged to get it under control using apple cider vin half and half. The feont of my hairline is good however in the middle it is very thin i have been wondering if this was from the comb over i been doing for 5 years as my roght side is still thick in denisty.

I want to start finerstrade but few things are stopping me..

My brothers wedding is in 5 months so i dont want to make anything worse.

Also i have a bf so if i lose the wood permently then thats not going to be great.

And also wanted to know if i take it for a few days and get sides isit a poss chance that they could be permanent or if i stop the medication it ease off.

Also im in the uk should i try rogaine or leave that out? I try attach some pictures.

Sorry if i havent made sense im just super depressed and upset.

No on can predict how you will respond to fina, in theory any side effects should disappear after discontinuation still many complain of never coming back to normal. I personally would go bald before taking hormones altering garbage drugs.

Yo dude, you have a nice head of hair. I think your losing your mind not your hair

20-30 hairs a day, is nothing, 100 is average.
