To FUE or to FUT? Repair of Prior Surgery: Carlos K. Wesley, MD (NYC)

This video depicts a 47-year-old man who had already undergone two prior “strip” harvests (follicular unit transplantation or (FUT) with an NYC-based practice.

He then came to our surgical center to increase the fullness throughout his scalp and refine his hairline. He can be seen both after his prior strip harvests as well as a year following his 1958-graft (FUE) session with Dr. Wesley. Both PRP and an extracellular matrix were used as holding solution to support graft growth.
