Hair Transplant overseas. Advice / guidance on these clinics

I'm brand new here and this is my first post. I wish I'd found this community sooner.

For the past 10 yrs I've been gradually losing my hair and I feel now I've lost my fight with MPB. I'm currently norwood 3a fast approaching 3v. I'm reaching the point now where it's the razor or a hair transplant.

Over the past few weeks I've been researching hair transplants and my options would be overseas as here in the UK they are far too expensive. Needless to say I have a lot of doubts and concerns but I feel it's something I want to do. Problem is there's soooo many clinics and it's seems to be very hard to tell which ones are legit and which ones are cowboy outfits.

I'm looking for some advice / guidance / recommendations or anything that people could give me really. I'd really appreciate it. From my limited research I've narrowed it down to these 4 clinics:-

The pro hair surgeon Dr. Mantse claims he has 24 yrs experience and will perform the whole surgery himself over two days manually extracting the grafts. He also says he can do a "no look" transplant which I will not need to shave my head at all.

Does anyone have any experience with these clinics at all? Does someone have any recommendations?

I've decided I'm gonna go for it so it's just a matter of picking a clinic and fingers crossed. Any advice you guys could give to me would be massively appreciated and needless to say I'll document my journey and post it for people to see.
