This fellow had a nice sized frontal case and stopped by for a checkup. He had an uneventful case but does have relatively fine hair to work with. He’s very happy, but I expect the front hairline to thicken a good bit in the upcoming few months. One variable we are starting to encounter more is the use of testosterone replacement therapy. He’d said that about 4 months out from his hair work, he started therapy, felt better with the change in his appearance (both hair and physique), and noted a nice improvement in his social life. I personally wonder if topical testosterone affects susceptible hair more or less than native testosterone given that men continue to bald in their 40s and 50s with ever decreasing amounts of circulating natural testosterone, and then they’re adding more topically.

Hopefully we’ll get more pictures in a few months.
