telling others hair transplant ?

Hi, for those who got a hair transplant strip scar, did you tell your significant other that you had one ? I had a fut HT about 10 years ago and I can hide it sometimes, but sometimes its obvious and I find my significant other just stare at my hair. I really haven't told many people I've had a HT and really don't want to admit it if I can help it..
